BLK12: A compiled NDT report will be submitted for each RB-M 10 days after completion of the final NDT for that boat.  This single formal report will include all liquid penetrant test (LPT) results required by the contract, results of the 100 feet of LPT identified by the Government, and any radiographic test (RT) shots including those called by the Government.
