Modify DID as follows:
Replace 2(c) with the following:
2(c) Content. The ACB shall be a matrix that reports the assignment of
specification requirements to features, functions, components and processes
of the offeror’s proposed solution. The matrix shall list the requirement
reference, the requirement itself, how the requirement was fulfilled and the
verification method to demonstrate compliance with the requirement. Areas of
performance criteria shall report the predicted performance.
Delete 2(d).
BLK12: Initial submission is due in accordance with the Contractor-developed
design review plan required by SOW
068-3.2 and documented in the Integrated Master Schedule (CDRL-041-005). Days allowed for CG review will be
based on the number of phases the design review is comprised of and bounded
by the following: Allow 35 days CG review on the initial submission for a
design review comprised of 4 phases; Allow 10 days CG review on the initial
submission for a design review comprised of 10 phases. Exact review periods
will be established at contract award or negotiated as contract administration
after award. If no agreement is reached, review times will default to the 4
phase review period.
BLK13: Subsequent submissions will be due based on the number of phases the
design review is comprised of and bounded by the following: Due 15 DARC for a
design review comprised of 4 phases; Due 10 DARC for a design review
comprised of 10 phases. Days allowed for CG review will be based on the
number of phases the design review is comprised of and bounded by the
following: Allow 20 days CG review on the subsequent submission for a design
review comprised of 4 phases; Allow 10 days CG review on the subsequent
submission for a design review comprised of 10 phases. Exact review periods
will be established at contract award or negotiated as contract administration
after award. If no agreement is reached, review times will default to the 4
phase review period.
