1002	RBM Detailed Design	Phased Detailed Design, as described in 068-3 of Section J Attachment 1, the Statement of Work, must be completed in time to meet the delivery schedule requirements for the first RB-M, CLIN x003.  Data deliverables must be delivered IAW Section J Attachment 3, Contract Data Requirements List.  Final delivery of the ISM, as described in 041-5 of Section J Attachment 1, the Statement of Work, must be completed by the end of the performance period.
6002, 7002, 8002	Post-DCB Detailed Design Improvements	Within the response requirements identified in the Change.
1009	Post Award Changes to RB-M Detailed Design	In accordance with Performance/Delivery Period described for CLIN 1002 above.
1010	Post Award Changes to RB-M Other Than Detailed Design	Within the response requirements identified in the Change.
x003	Response Boat - Medium	In accordance with the approved IMS required by Section 041-9 of Attachment 1 to Section J, Statement of Work, but, for the first RB-M and the first RB-M following a “break in production” defined in the approved IMS, not later than 270 days after the effective date of the Delivery Order, and, for subsequent RB-Ms, not later than the number of days after the delivery of the preceding RB-M needed to maintain a steady rate to deliver the estimated quantity identified in B.3 within one year, unless otherwise agreed to in the IMS.

F.3 [Orig]  PLACE OF DELIVERY – DESTINATION

F.3.1. [Orig]  CLINs x001, Project Management, shall be delivered at the Contractor’s production facility, or as required in the Schedule or Statement of Work.

F.3.2. [Orig]  Data shall be delivered as required in Block 14 – Distribution of the appropriate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), or as required by the Schedule or Statement of Work.

F.3.3. [Orig]  CLINs x003, the RB-M, shall be delivered fully outfitted and tested, FOB Destination to the location specified in the delivery order or as otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer, in accordance with the requirements of the Schedule and the Statement of Work.  The government is not obligated and does not intend to accept any boat prior to the delivery date agreed to in the Integrated Master Schedule required by Section 041-9 of the Statement of Work.  Delivery destinations will be limited to within the 48 contiguous continental states.  The following list of the known potential delivery locations is provided for bidding purposes:

F.3.4. [A00050]  CLIN x004, Stowage Cradle, shall be delivered fully assembled, FOB to Marinette Marine Corporation, Marinette, WI.  The contractor shall provide facilities for USCG PRO inspection, temporary storage and material handling such as forklift trailer loading onto Government provided carrier for transportation to final destination.

F.3.5. [A00021] CLINs x006, x007, and 2009, and 3009 Technical Advice and Technical Service, shall be performed at the location(s) identified in the specific Delivery or Task Order.

F.3.6. [Orig] CLIN x008, Spare and Repair Parts, shall be delivered to the location(s) specified in the specific Delivery or Task Order.

F.4 [Orig]  PLACE OF DELIVERY - GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT

No equipment will be furnished by the Government.  All equipment required for performance of this contract shall be furnished by the Contractor.

F.5 [Orig]  PLACE OF DELIVERY - GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION

The Government Furnished Information (GFI) identified in Attachment 6 to Section J will be delivered within thirty (30) days of contract award to the Contractor-designated location, in accordance with FAR 52-247-55 incorporated at F.1.
