Modifications
This Modification is issued to make both administrative changes and incorporate agreed upon changes based upon the 23 August 2006 agreement. This modification incorporates a no cost change to Specification 423 ELECTRONIC NAVIGATION SYSTEMS as identified in this modification. This MODIFICATION incorporates a new CLIN 1009 entitled, “Post-Award Changes to RB-M Detailed Design.” This MODIFICATION also incorporates the Contract Change language associated with REA-001 entitled “Mock-Up Changes.” The Change in Contract effort associated with REA-001 will be activated by a forthcoming Delivery Order. This Modification incorporates agreed upon changes based upon the7 Dec 06 agreement. (CLIN X003 milestone payment changes.) This Modification incorporates RB-M Agreement No. 1, dated 4 May 2007. As part of RB-M Agreement No. 1, this MODIFICATION also incorporates REA-010 at a value of $14,000. The change effort associated with REA-010 will be activated by a forthcoming Delivery Order to CLIN 1009. This No Cost Modification incorporates Contract Change language to correct, clarify and amend portions of the Statement of Work and Specifications. This MODIFICATION sets forth an interim ECP value incorporated into CLIN 1002 for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy.” The Change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be activated by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. Modification approves and incorporates six (6) No Cost Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) 016, 017, 021, 022, 023 and 024. Additional no cost changes are incorporated associated with freeing ports, crew communications, HVAC standardization and duct materials. This Modification definitizes Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA -001), Mock-Up Changes. The change in CLIN value associated with this definitization will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP032. This Modification increases the interim funding for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy.” The change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. This Modification increases the interim funding for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy.” The change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. Milestone 8 is changed from 2% to $22,000 to match other IETP Monthly Report Status milestones. Milestone 9 is changed from 25% to 27% to maintain a total value of 100% for Milestones 9 through 21. This Modification incorporates the Scope of Work and Contract Change language associated with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP-009) entitled, “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy” to CLIN 1002 entitled, “RB-M Detail Design”. This Modification increases the interim funding for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy.” The change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. This Modification officially incorporates the Scope of Work and/or Contract Change language for Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) ECP-006, ECP-007, ECP-008, ECP-012, ECP-013, ECP-020, ECP-026, ECP-027, ECP-028, ECP-030, ECP-036 and ECP-037 into the Contract prior to negotiation and/or receipt of proposal(s). This Modification increases the interim funding for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy” and revises the Performance Based Payment Milestones. The change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. This Modification increases the interim funding for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy.” The change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. This Modification incorporates a new Time and Materials CLIN 2009 entitled, “Technical Services for Hull 45601.” The Change in Contract effort associated with CLIN 2009 will be activated by a forthcoming Task Order. This Modification incorporates a rate for Kvichak Marine Industries for CLIN 2009,an addition of CLIN 2009 to Section F (an inadvertent omission from Modification A00017), and new milestones for CLIN 1002. This Modification incorporates and definitizes three Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REA) – REA-007,REA-011, and REA-013 under new CLIN 1010, revises SOW 068-2.2.4 to allow Contracting Officer designation of the hull for the first Physical Configuration Audit (PCA), changes SOW080-2.3.5 Minor Defects, corrects two missed deletions in Engineering Change Proposal(ECP) ECP-028 from MOD A00014 and adds interim funding for Nonrecurring Engineering (NRE) to CLIN 1009 for authorized, yet undefinitized REAs and ECPs. The change in CLIN values associated with these changes will be awarded by forthcoming Delivery Orders. This Modification increases the interim funding for the effort associated with ECP-009 entitled “Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP) and Maintenance Philosophy.” The change in Contract effort associated with ECP-009 will be awarded by a forthcoming Modification to Delivery Order HSCG23-06-J-ARP021 to increase the unit price of CLIN 1002. This Modification incorporates a change to the video required by Statement of Work 099-4. The effort is changed to include footage on location at a Coast Guard Station. This Modification also incorporates a new Time and Materials CLIN 3009 entitled, “Technical Services for Hull 45602.” The Change in Contract effort will be awarded by forthcoming Task Orders. This Modification sets forth interim Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) values incorporated into CLIN 1010 for the efforts associated with ECP-030 entitled, “PRO Facilities” and ECP-041 entitled, “Second PRO Facilities.” The Change in contract effort will be awarded by forthcoming Delivery Orders. This Modification definitizes Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA-012) entitled, “Keel Laying Ceremony.” The change in CLIN value associated with this definitization will be awarded by a forthcoming Delivery Order. This Modification definitizes ECP-001, entitled, “Main Engine Raw Water Cooling System Strainer” for Non-Recurring costs and recurring costs for Hulls 45601 – 45612 only. This Modification also adds CLINs 1003ac and 1003bc. In addition, agreed upon Specification Language for Fendering is added. The definitization for ECP-001 will be awarded by a forthcoming Delivery Order.
